I offer appointments in counselling rooms in Carlisle city centre and can also arrange rooms elsewhere in the area if required. The city centre rooms are within a counselling service and there is a waiting room but no facilities for friends or family to wait whilst clients are in their appointments. Normal appointment times are between 9am and 5pm, Tuesday to Friday but I can also offer evening or Saturday morning appointments. In order to maintain your privacy and confidentiality I allow 15 minutes between each client's session so please try to arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before your appointment.

After making our initial appointment I will write to you to confirm the date & time and include map/directions to the venue.
